€6.8m Residential Development
Tenders are currently being sought for a main contractor on a €6.8m residential development in Gaelcarrig, Lettragh, Co. Galway. Main works are expected to commence in September 2020. Additionally, plans now allow for the construction of 83 units.

€22.9m – Sports Building
Works are expected to commence imminently on the construction of a €22.9m – single/two storey multi-purpose sports building In Bishopstown, Co. Cork. Works are expected to take in the region of 15 months to complete.
€18m Primary Care Centre
Main contractors have been appointed for the construction of a €18m Primary Care Centre in Buncrana, Co. Donegal. Works are to commence in two weeks time.

Plans have been approved for £3m boutique hotel in Larne, Co.Antrim. The 24-bedroom facility will include a bar, restaurant, function room and rooftop terrace.
