€1m Industrial Building Extension
Works are expected to commence imminently on the construction a single storey extension to the southern elevation of their existing industrial building and associated site works. Works are expected to take in the region of 12 months to complete.

£7m – Residential Development
A pre planning application public event will run online until 27th November 2020 in regard to a site at Milner Street, Belfast for the construction of 82 apartments, resulting in a development of around £7m.
€90m Build-to-Rent Apartments
A strategic planning application has been granted by An Bord Pleanála for a 413 apartment development at the Former IDA Ireland Small Business Centre/Newmarket Industrial Estate, Brabazon Place, St. Luke’s Avenue and Newmarket Street, Dublin 8.

€15.2m Extension to College
An Bord Pleanála overturned Dun-Laoghaire Rathdown County Council’s decision to refuse planning permission to Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art Design & Technology for a €15.2m Extension. Tenders are expected to be sought from the select list of contractors imminently.
