Our current figures when compared with the first half of last year have shown increases in various project stage statistics.  which gives us an optimistic and progressive outlook for the remainder of 2024.

Overall, there has been a volume increase in new Medical Sector project starts of 10.9% compared to this period last year. There was a burst of activity in Q2 with 55 project submissions.  We have noticed a trend with extending and refurbishment rather than new build at this time due to the diversion of funds in a bid to finish off the National Children’s Hospital of which there has been continued progress.
