€57m Warehouse Development
Plans have been submitted for a €57m warehouse development in Dublin 22.

£39m – Housing Development
Full plans have been submitted for another Phase of housing in Derry consisting of 445 houses in a mix of detached/semidetached/townhouses and apartments. The scheme will see the additional provision of a children’s play area, retail & businessspace, a gym and a creche. Outline planning approval on the overall site allows for approx. 750 units in total. The overall investment could reach £100m.
€74m Residential Development
€74m Residential Development – Douglas, Co. Cork. Glenveagh Homes have been granted a strategic housing development application to An Bord Pleanála for this development. 449 units in total: 315 houses and 134 apartments.

A main contractor is expected to appointed in September 2020 for the development of the National Surf Centre of Excellence in Strandtill, Co. Sligo. Works are expected to take in the region of 12 months to complete.
