€97m Build-to-Rent Apartments/Student Accommodation


A strategic planning application has been submitted to An Bord Pleanála for a €97m Build-to-Rent Apartments/Student Accommodation development at Canal Bank, Park Road, Co. Limerick.

€20m Water Laboratory


Prequalification Questionnaires have been returned from contractors and are currently being assessed for the development of the €20m Irish Water National Laboratory on the Old Ballysimon Road, Co. Limerick. Works are expected to take in the region of 18 months to complete.

€51m Data Storage Centre


Plans have been submitted for a €51m data centre development at the Drogheda IDA Business and Technology Park, Co. Louth. We understand that 50 permanent jobs are expected to be created upon completion. This site will represent a total investment of €350m.

£5.6m Office Buildings


Following a pre planning application full plans have now been submitted by Graham Group for 4 x two-storey office buildings at their Headquarters in Hillsborough, Co. Down. The project is being proposed under the banner ‘Graham Headquarters Masterplan’.

CIS Residential Report

In this Residential Report we take a look at residential activity levels for Q4 2019 in the Republic of Ireland.
