€7.5m Apartment Development


Works have commenced on a €7.5m Apartment Development at Frascati Shopping Centre, Blackrock, Co. Dublin.

€5.9m Public Library Redevelopment


A main contractor is expected to be appointed imminently for works on the €5.9m Naas Library Redevelopment. Work on the project is expected to commence during 2020.

€180m Opera Centre Development


An Bord Pleanála have approved planning for the €180m Opera Centre site development in Limerick. The project proposes a mix of 45,000 square metres of active space including offices, shops, cafes and restaurants as well as an aparthotel, a new library, 16 apartments, car and bike parking space. Site works are hoped to commence in the coming month with the project scheduled for completion in 2022.

£10m Care Home


Plans have been submitted for a £10m Care Home at the Kings Hall Health and Wellbeing Park in Belfast, Co. Antrim. Phase 1 of this £100m overall project is currently under construction.
