€20m Apartment Development
Fast Track Plans have been lodged for a €20m Apartment Development on the Old Dun Leary Road, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. 161 apartments are proposed in an 8 storey building with shop and café elements. A decision is due in October 2020.

€20m Elderly Care Accommodation
Tenders are expected to be issued to the pre-selected list of main contractors in August 2020 for a €20m Elderly Care Accommodation at St. Camillus Hospital, Shelbourne Road, Limerick. The redevelopment is to provide elderly care accommodation containing 75 bedrooms and will be carried out in phased construction.
€180m North Quay Development
Plans have been approved for a €180m mixed use development at the North Quay site in Waterford City. The plans include seven storey twin block office space, 5 residential buildings ranging from 7 – 17 storeys, a 15 storey – 4 star hotel and conference centre, a community space and bars, restaurants, commercial and retail units.

£17.5m Integrated Post Primary School
The tender process has started for the new £17.5m integrated post primary school development in Loughbrickland, Co. Down. The school will cater for 670 pupils.
