€47m Residential Development
Durkan Residential has been named as the main contractor for a €47m Residential Development in Adamstown, Lucan, Co. Dublin. Works are expected to commence in late 2020/early 2021. 245 units are proposed.

£17.5m Social Housing Development
Tenders are being sought for a £17.5m social housing development in Derry to include an extension to a GAA clubhouse and the provision of a 3G pitch. 119 social housing units are planned.
€7m Link Road
Works are underway on the €7m construction of the Celbridge Link Road (2-way single-carriageway) linking Adamstown Strategic Development Zone to the R403 Celbridge Road. Works are expected to take in the region of 12 months to complete..

Boyle Construction have been appointed as main contractor for the construction of a €19m Community Nursing Unit at the Sheil Hospital, Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal. Works are to commence on 24th August 2020 and last 18 months.
