€110m Residential Development
A strategic planning application has been granted by An Bord Pleanála for the construction of 502 no. apartments at the former Gallaher’s Cigarette Factory Site, Tallaght, Dublin 24. The development will comprise 197 no. 1-bed; 257 no. 2-bed; and 48 no. 3-bed units) within 6 no. blocks ranging in height from 4 to 8 storeys.

€102m Data Centre Development
Plans have been approved for a €102m Data Centre Development in Bracetown, Co. Meath. The data centre campus will be developed over 4 phases, measuring over 100,000 sq.m. and is set to support around 275 jobs upon completion and up to 500 construction jobs.
€5m Garda Station
Main contractors are expected to be appointed in Q4 2020 for the development of the €5m Bailieborough Garda Station, Co. Cavan. Works are expected to take in the region of 18 months to complete.

£21m New Shared School Building
Full plans have been submitted for a the Ballycastle Shared Education Campus in Co. Antrim. The plans detail a new shared school building, sports buildings, greenhouse building and sports pitches, on the site of the existing Ballycastle High School. Plans also include a sport pavilion, youth storage and ground maintenance building and sports pitches, on the site of the existing Cross & Passion College.
