Each Summer, CIS observe an abundance of tender opportunities within the education sector throughout the country. Specifically, minor work to primary and secondary schools. These tenders are generally for replacement of doors and windows, mechanical and electrical works, internal refurbishment , internal alterations and access works. The contracts are generally expected to take place over the course of the Summer holidays with the intention to be complete by the time the schools reopen for the new term and as a result there is generally a short turnaround for the return of tenders.

As of the date of production of this mini report listing (June 21st) CIS have now added 334 of these minor works tenders to our database, with an average of 50 of these tender opportunities being added to the system each week, with more and more are being added daily.
