Edel Lynch has worked for CIS for the past 13 years’ and has extensive experience in research, data management, administration and the collating of planning data from all local planning authorities. Edel holds a degree in Journalism and Media Communications and uses her expertise and knowledge to coordinate and plan a wide range of administrative tasks in the department including the monitoring and gathering of data on assignment projects throughout Ireland.
