€27m Operations Depot Development
A contractor is expected to be awarded in October 2020 on the construction of a new €27m Operations Depot and Civic Amenity Site at Ballymun, Dublin 11. The project is to include a 4 storey office building with staff welfare and canteen facilities, bin store, plant areas and 1st floor external terrace and a central stores warehouse building and workshops.

£60m Mixed Use Development
A planning application for a £60m mixed use building in Belfast is expected to be recommended for approval at next week’s council meeting. The building will range from 4 to 9-storeys in height and comprises ground floor retail/restaurant/coffee shop/business uses with ‘Grade A’ offices above. The proposed development also includes associated public realm, landscaping and all other associated site works.
€9m Extension
A planning application has been submitted for a new €9m corporate support services building for Carlow IT.

€12m Louth County Board Dundalk GAA Stadium Development
Plans have been granted on a €12m Louth County Board Dundalk GAA Stadium Development. The 14,000-capacity arena will be made up of over 4 thousand seated stand will include two kiosks, four dressing rooms, physio room with changing facilities. On completion this development will be available for Louth’s County Football and Hurling Matches as well as for DkIT GAA matches.
